Refunds and Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, we offer a full refund on the item, subject to the following conditions:
Returns
If you would like to return a print, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the print only. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, including covering any return postage in such cases.
